Remove `queue:listen:all` command alias

It was a typo in params.php. Command alias is left for backwards compatibility, but it should be removed by version 1.0.0.

Do you mean https://github.com/yiisoft/queue/blob/master/config/params.php#L21? Should ListenAll be removed altogether?
