Skin for theme

How to change the skin in AdminLTE3 branch?
Changing value of the backend.theme-skin key in
backend/web/system/key-storage/index
to any of skin-blue, skin-black, skin-purple, skin-green, skin-red, skin-yellow
but nothing happends.
