xcat-inventory could not be installed on Ubuntu with python3

xcat-inventory could not be installed on Ubuntu18.04.1

root@:/xcat-inventory# python -v

Command 'python' not found, but can be installed with:

apt install python3
apt install python
apt install python-minimal

You also have python3 installed, you can run 'python3' instead.
