GUI Redesign

Current UI looks more like a code editor rather than a software UI. Please, consider redesigning for non-technical users. I think Snapmaker Luban has the nicest GUI for open source Laser + CNC software.

Snapmaker looks to be backed by a company with a couple of commercial products and I know that gSender also is.

UGS has a few contributers, but I am currently the most active. The time that I currently spend on this project is done in my free time in evenings and weekends. In 2025 I sprinkled a couple of hours here and there which ended up looking like this:

You are now asking for more of that time. What would you be willing to bring to the table?

This is very well done. Looks like you're pretty good with Photoshop which makes two of us. If anyone wanted to fork this, I'd be willing to donate some time creating GUI elements.
