Seems like I can't flash it back to normal after using the ESTLcam firmware. I tried another card from a friend that does not have the problem at all, so I guess I'm just good to buy a new one. Nothing to do with UGS. |

I had the same problem with my CNC 3020 Plus. One of the programs (EasyLoader.exe) in the usb that came with the machine solved my issue when switching from Estlcam to UGS. I selected the correct COM, pressed on "Download", then tried connecting UGS to the machine normally and it worked. I had to import my firmware settings file in to the (machine -> firmware settings) tab because the firmware settings for UGS reverted to the default every time I used the EasyLoader. If that didn't work, try turning off the emergency-stop (up and unlocked) on your machine as that solved the problem for another user (Discussion #3008) |

Hi everyone!
I have been trying for a few hours, but I can't get to connect UGS to my Genmitsu 3020 pro max v1.
I tried a couple of different USB cables, a few different USB ports, but I did not achieve anything. I use an old PC running windows 10.
Estlcam finds the CNC in a matter of seconds so I guess my CH340 driver is not the problem, but at this point, who knows...
I get this here:
*** Connecting to jserialcomm://COM3:115200
*** Fetching device status
I am not sure if this matters, but appart from estlcam, I could not find a sender that works. After I tried UGS I tried Candle and gSender to see, but same result, no connection..
Edit: I have seen a few with a similar problem, they were asked to type things in the console, my console only seems to have a reading mode.
I am using 115200 Baud, and what seems to be the right Port, COM3.
