What did you expect to happen? What happened instead?

My Keyboard shortcuts working so we could interact with webapps that recognize keyboard shortcut inputs.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Open your WACZ archived webapp page
2. Interact with keyboard shortcut key presses
3. Nothing happens.

Additional details

There are graphical design webapps which are web-based that you can use shortcuts to access a function, it would be good if we could interact with it, such as Graphite, or Photopea, or many others.
