[Feature]: Onboarding improvements #2304

What change would you like to see?

• The empty state for workflows, archived items, collections, and browser profiles should be consistent and clear as to what the next step should be. This is important for onboarding new users.

  Following refactor: Update collections list empty state #2303, emptyMessage added to layouts. Actions could be either a create button and/or link to user guide.

• The dashboard should adapt to the user's subcription and usage.

• The "getting started" user guide should include a social media example.
