[Task]: Increase visibility of missing dedupe dependencies in collection #3214

Description

If archived items that are dependencies for deduped crawls in a collection are removed from the collection or outright deleted from Browsertrix, we want to give users more indication that this is the case.

Specifically we should:

1. Backend: Add an API endpoint that returns list of missing dependencies
2. Frontend: Add an indicator (perhaps just an icon) to the lists of dependencies in the collection's Deduplication tab

Context

We will aim to add these in a follow-up patch release rather than holding up the main deduplication release.
