In the code of conduct's list of unacceptable behaviours, we list Patronising behaviour and micro-aggressions with some examples. @amyvdh and I were discussing in the PWETF call time today how we have both heard of or witnessed examples of problematic behaviour by people in the w3c community which could fit under those categories, but isn't currently adequately described. For example, we don't specifically call out use of dismissive language. We also don't spell out how micro-aggressions can be part of a pattern of behaviour. Finally, we discussed how we could potentially augment the code of conduct, and also come up with a play-book for group chairs and other group members for what to do when they witness or encounter behaviours like this.
