The entry type switcher at the top still displays Singles

This then just links to the "all entries" section, when this should probably also show the expanded singles list.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install expanded singles
2. Have multiple entry types
3. use the top dropdown to switch to another type

I'll see what we can do about this, but from past experiences, this ends up being really hacky manipulating the menubtn JS component that it might not be worth the effort for something that might be buggy in the end. But yes, hadn't actually considered that breadcrumb area in Craft 5.

I'd say probably removing the link to "Singles" would be a sufficient fix for now as the /singles page no longer works with this plugin. It might not even make sense to add all singles here anyway, especially if some users have 4+ singles.
