Add a counter of characters that have a given tag

It could work for any tag, not only the ones attributed at character creation

The characters list can already be filtered to count how many there is for one a multiple tags (a counter is visible at top left of the panel), but it could be useful to have them on the tag list too to glance at the distribution quicker.
