Dead project, alternatives?

Well, they're more necessary than ever, I'd say.

1. O&O ShutUp10++ is still going strong, but has the clearly defined scope of only setting policies/registry values.
2. Win11Debloat is probably interesting, but I do not have any experience with it yet.
3. NoID Privacy might be interesting, no experience.

But above all I'd love to see this project revived.

Why not move to Linux already? If you need Windows apps working on Linux it is already possible with Wine. I fed up with Microsoft and moved to Linux. No problem for me.

KDE Plasma is very similar to Windows UI and recommended for Windows migrants

1. Users heavily reliant on Windows drivers cannot switch to Linux or BSD.
   Especially when hardware manufacturers neglect support or omit specific features in newer models, users must shoulder the burden of maintaining legacy hardware themselves, making migration from other OS difficult.

2. Competitive pvp gamers are forced to install kernel-level anti-cheat drivers akin to rootkits. This cannot be replaced by Wine, which provides a user-space compatibility layer. Game developers implementing anti-cheat measures treat Linux and VMs as potential environments for memory hacking and attempt to block them. In the past, it was possible to play Valorant by running a Windows virtual machine on Linux using KVM and GPU passthrough. However, the game developer has since implemented measures to prevent gameplay within a VM environment.

3. The notion that Linux respects privacy is a misconception. Even Debian alone suffers from numerous vulnerabilities due to issues with its package management system. Operating systems sharing the same kernel merely piggyback on the privacy-respecting features of certain custom OS. And, most Linux OS that claim to respect privacy fall far short of projects like GrapheneOS in security levels, actually hindering the protection of users' privacy.
   Even Secureblue, which is the closest alternative to GrapheneOS, struggles to achieve the same level of security and privacy as GrapheneOS due to hardware limitations on x86-x64 computers and dependencies on Flatpak.

Hi, I managed to get the Privacy Sexy replica page up and running. I don't know if you're interested; it's a fork: https://canyoufeelthelove.github.io/privacy.sexy.web/ We should migrate to GitHub Pages to save on hosting costs, since I saw that the project is stalled. It took me a long time to get it up and running on GitHub. I don't know what the maintenance people will say, it might be viable.

Among the hardening scripts generated by AI, NoID Privacy is functioning properly. It appears that this feature is not entirely left to the AI but is being developed through verification testing. This is evident from the fact that it even specifies compatibility requirements.
