SG Ready State

Hello,

its not possible to create an automation with entity SG Ready in homeassistant in case i cant select the State "Normal" or "Released".
Any Idea ?.

Looks like you are expecting the different states within the drop down itself?

It looks like the current implementation is just passing along the values as defined. It might be possible by updating the sensor definition and add an:

options=["Locked", "Normal", "Released", "Start-Up"],

to E3DCSensorEntityDescription().

Anyways, you can just type the status you would like to have/compare to and add it (see example of "Normal" being added) that way, see screenshot:

@riskfire84 As I wrote, the topic is captured in issue #314, which is why this discussion is closed, as you can see on the issue, there is a PR pending, which unfortunately is a breaking change. I'll look into this in the next days to see what we do with it. Please don't bump this topic anymore; keep in mind, that we are all doing this in our spare time for the fun of it and when we get around to it.
