Toolbar not working with breaking release 1.0.2

Seems that the new major release broke my toolbar. It's empty. Here's my configuration. What do I have to change to get the tools back?

Please upgrade to the latest version.

Still the same with @latest.
In the console I see a warning:

[tiptap warn]: Duplicate extension names found: ['link', 'color', 'underline']. This can lead to issues.

0.11.6 is still working fine with my config.

Upgrade to the latest version (2.0.2). The warning no longer appears.

Result: The Warning has gone. But the toolbar is still empty like in the screenshot above.

Could you provide reproducible code?

Just tried with v2.0.2. Still not working. Should I mention that I use plain Javascript. Hence I can not use the ILabel interface for the customLabels. This is my simple config:
