Binance changed the endpoint for conditional orders of REST API.

here is how stop loss order should look like now, and it should be placed after your position is opened (yes the logic changed, you cant place stop loss before open position, so slippage can some times hit you, create a code to protect from not set sl order, like market exit)

to place / cancel this order you should use new functions like:

submitNewAlgoOrder
cancelAlgoOrder
cancelAllAlgoOpenOrders

and to monitor user data event for this order type, you should check for event: "ALGO_UPDATE"

also there is a bug in 3.1.5 when ALGO_UPDATE event data is not formated, so here is the quick fix:
