Local development environment hostnames should end up in /etc/hosts

With Forklift, vagrant hostmanager would add boxes to the hypervisor's /etc/hosts. In foremanctl, only the boxes seem to have updates to the hosts file. Once I provision a machine, I want to be able to immediately connect via the box's hostname.
