First RSS fetch of the day always fails

Upon running the first RSS fetch of the day, hys always fails with the following error:

This is seen on multiple rss source collections and seems to happen daily.

this doesn't happen on my end but might be specific to your system.

to help me debug, can you tell me:

1. what os and version are you using?

2. is your ~/.hys folder located in a directory synced by a cloud service or a home server setup?

3. do you have background security software or indexers running?

4. if you run hys --reset (on the newest commit) does the crash disappear until the next day?

Thanks for looking into it:

1. I am on MacOS Tahoe 26.4
2. The .hys folder is not synced anywhere to my knowledge.
3. I do have Crowdstrike Falcon running on the machine
4. I will perform hys --reset today and comment if I am still seeing the crash behaviour over the next couple of days.

crowdstrike falcon might actually be the cause because of the file monitoring. hys tries to rename the history file before officially "closing" it, which probably creates file-lock conflict that triggers the crash.

i made a quick fix that ensures the file is fully closed and flushed to disk before the rename happens. please update your hys to the newest commit and let me know if that does it.
