👋 Hey - I'm onedr0p.

I run a Kubernetes cluster in my house, call it "production" with a completely straight face, and open-source the whole beautiful disaster:

GitOps templates, Helm charts, Prometheus exporters, and container images that a surprising number of people apparently git clone and run in their houses too.

What started as "I'll just self-host one thing" is now a 3-node HA cluster with Ceph, GitOps, and monitoring that mostly monitors the monitoring - plus a homelab community I somehow ended up maintaining tools for.

None of it makes money. All of it eats SSDs, watts, and weekends.

Sponsoring doesn't buy features or a support SLA (I have a residential SLA, and it's bad). It buys:

  • ☕ The coffee behind the 3 AM "why is a cert expired again" commits
  • 💾 Replacement drives for the ones Ceph chews through
  • 🔌 The electricity to keep three computers arguing about who's the leader
