Data Privacy, Licensing, and Terms Declaration

All contents of this document may be hereinafter reffered to as the "Policy".

> NO DATA IS SHARED EVEN AS PER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SAID PRODUCT. THIS LINE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE - WITH NOTICE AND WILL BE DELETED IMMEDIATELY WHEN DATA IS COLLECTED! THE FOLLOWING ONLY APPLIES WHEN THIS LINE IS DELETED. AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE MAINLY TO ENSURE THE "AS-IS" BASIS SERVICE AND THAT YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO ENSURE NO MISCONDUCT. NOTHING IS TO THREATEN.

All agreements, including the LICENSE.md, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy (whether explicitly mentioned or implied), are subordinate to applicable law and all Data Privacy Regulations. If any part of this documentation or the aforementioned agreements conflicts with the law, only the conflicting section, sentence, word, or paragraph shall be considered void, and this shall not be construed as evidence of bad intent. In all cases where data may be shared:

  1. To third parties,
  2. For analytics, or
  3. For internal use,

Users have the right to opt out by sending a request to spacecontributes111@gmail.com. It is robot-managed. If no response is provided and no opt-out option existed in the software, the user may not complain (while you may reserve the right to!), as this indicates either:

  • No data was collected, or
  • No proof of data collection exists.

Exceptions:

  • De-identified data, or data that does not include personal information.

  • Limited usage data such as:

    1. When the software was downloaded, and
    2. The source from which it was downloaded (using built-in GitHub Analytics).

This policy applies to all software owned by this GitHub account.

For all data:

It has been rendered anonymous through rigorous aggregation and de-identification, excluding any personal information. Clarifiying, the information does not contain personal data and has been strictly anonymized by removing all data except i) nessecary data ii) basic usage timings and are summarized and aggregated in our Data Control GDPR platform. No data is collecter other than basic "who uses" for BASIC data security compliance and only that unless specified otherwise. It is also rendered anoynomus as declared in this paragraph. Timings Of Usage will be rendered anoynomus as detailed in this paragraph.

The LICENSE.md for Arby Audio 3D governs all projects in this account, regardless of whether the name “Arby Audio” is changed. References to the “Service” apply to all services within this GitHub profile.

All relevant information has been expressly communicated to users to ensure proper privacy and awareness of rights, which this project strictly adheres to.

Updates and Amendments:

  • Any updates to software, terms, or privacy declarations will be published here.
  • Updates not reflected in LICENSE.md for Arby Audio 3D will be declared across all agreements, licenses, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policies. All elements are subject to change without notice but this statement is subject to this documents' specific ("Policy").

Copyright Declaration:

  • All projects created by Aryaman Madge under this GitHub profile (space-contributes) are handled by Space-code.
  • Space-code is the formal copyright entity for all such projects.

Legal Exceptions -

The data platform where data may be managed is subject to change. All elements of this ("Policy") are subject to i) change without notice ii) but still abide by the current ("Policy").

For the Marriage Fraud Detector and Thegeofinder only the Arby Audio LICENSE.md is applicable although you shall replace the Arby Audio name with the relevant service.
