Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS x86_64 ppa not working?

using Mint Cinnemon Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS x86_64 (Linux Mint 22 Cinnamon, 6.2.9, 6.8.0-53-generic)

when I've tried to add the ppa:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:slgobinath/gcalendar

I got:

Then I've tried the python3 way (same system):

apt install python3-pip python3-setuptools python3-dateutil python3-oauth2client python3-googleapi
