Add 'run/debug current file' configuration (new features in latest vscode update)

If possible, this should deal with both entrypoint and hacktest files

The latest stable vscode has two new relevant features:

• 'run without debugger' commands
• run/debug current file has special UI

It'd be nice to take advantage of these
