Site-specific rule whitelist

The current whitelist seems to bypass chameleon completely.
It would be great if we could selectively whitelist particular rules for each website instead.
Some websites, for example, do not function well without sockets. Examples are chatgpt (keeps loading something), overleaf (breaks icons) etc.
Currently one has to whitelist them fully, which means effectively bypassing chameleon, which I am honestly not okay with for most sites, atleast not for chatgpt. Therefore, it would be great if we could just turnoff particular rules for each website.

Just realized that the whitelist does work like that but unfortunately the UX is not great because I am not aware of what settings have been made on the profile. I think this may need some work.
