Deploy site #12
Description
I was about to deploy the site after #10, but then I realized that we made some changes directly to master that don't have a corresponding PR in sources:
Therefore, following the deployment instructions at https://github.com/scipy-latinamerica/scipy-latinamerica.github.io#how-to-build-it is now risky.
There are some changes in sources that are not deployed in master:
The short-term solution is to make these changes directly to master (I will do it soon). The long-term solution is probably, as @arthuralvim suggested in #10, that whoever wants to maintain this repository rewrites it in a stack that they like.
