Windows installer win_entry.bat finishes with error and closes

After double clicking the win_entry.bat file for installation, if installation does not concludes successfully, the command line window closes and no record of the error is made available for the user. In my case possibly a connection error happened once.

Workaround solution: run the installer from a command window prompt. Steps:

1. Open the command line prompt
2. Go to the folder where QuESt 2.0.b was unzipped
3. Run .\win_entry.bat

In my case it ran without errors from the command line.
