Electrs 0_8_10, 0_9_1 and 0_9_11 tests timeout

Electrs 0_8_10, 0_9_1 and 0_9_11 don't play nice with electrum_client 0.25.0. The CI tests timeout for these versions.

I did the fix already but still opened the issue in case there is a better way or someone else sees the CI fail and goes to open an issue.
