[BUG] Delete Selected button not clickable when selecting all

Describe the bug
When you first click on "All" in a segment on /settings/sb_data/ , the Delete Selected button is not clickable. If you then select something it becomes clickable.

To Reproduce

1. Go to http://localhost:8000/settings/sb_data/
2. Click on All, can be games, teams, etc..
3. Delete Selected is not clickable

at least 2025.9 and 2025.10
