basic idea is that a strat that was TKN/TKN with >1 io ratio can ask the bot to look for inter dex arb opportunities, and offer its capital to execute

Re-verified against master 2026-08-12: still present — same-IO-token orders are dropped before quoting by the explicit skip at src/order/index.ts:392-393 in OrderManager.getOrderPairs (the sole Pair producer), and every router early-returns price: "1" with no route when fromToken === toToken (src/router/sushi/index.ts:167-169, src/router/balancer/index.ts:136-137, src/router/stabull/index.ts:125-126); the RP4 and Orderbook legs live upstream, not in this repo.
