Android 14 (API level 34) or higher

Hi

I see that the Google play store requires Apps to target "Android 14 (API level 34) or higher".
I tried to do a build on PWABuilder but found that it currently targets "Android 13 (API level 33)".
Does anyone have an idea when PWABuilder will target the new higher level API?
