Add Air France/KLM flight schedule

Converted from the SSIM schedule on transport.data.gouv.fr and airport/
airline data from Wikidata, using https://github.com/public-transport/ssim-converter/.

Depends on public-transport/gtfsclean#18.

Implements #619.
