Output Bus as audio source is delayed

Hi! Love this plugin. I use this as a background element and like to use Output Bus to capture any audio on stream. However, I've noticed more often than not it'll be delayed by quite a huge amount in comparison to the sound:

In comparison, if I select a specific audio output/channel, it syncs up just fine:

While I can theoretically just select a specific audio channel, it's not ideal, as music only plays during certain portions of stream, and desktop audio only plays for other portions.

I will note this doesn't happen every time, but it is very much the vast majority, and I have trouble replicating when Output Bus does work. Sync offset doesn't seem to help, either.

EDIT: Forgot additional info - running OBS 31.0.3 and the latest version of the plugin.
