Disable SSH agent access if password or identify file is specified for SSH tunnel.

I have SSH agent provided by password manager installed, but for pgAdmin SSH tunnel, I want it to use SSH identity file specified. However, pgAdmin will try to access every SSH identity provided by the agent, which is disturbing (I have to click deny multiple times) and increases security concerns.
