[Issue]: Add a loading state when the quizz is loading

When the quiz is loading after picking the version we would like to do, there is no loading state nor the buttons are disabled:

This could be a great addition to smoother UX.

Upon submission, the options and buttons should be disabled by playing with the opacity, as for the AnswerOption component for example.

Hey @Amanc77, I sure can, thanks for asking.
This issue is about managing the loading state and its response in the UI. Here are the two things I considered:

• Having the same kind of animations as for when submitting an answer (you can try it yourself by throttling your connection locally before clicking validate)
• Upon error, show a toast informing the user it failed

Thanks for assigning me!
While checking the quiz flow, I noticed another issue — when clicking “Next Question”, the question and options don’t update. Only the explanation and correct answer are shown.

Oh shoot, that's indeed not the correct behavior at all, thanks for letting me know. I guess that's my friendly reminder of why tests should be written to avoid regressions.
