.ru Routing Bug

Hi,
A bit of a weird bug, but with the arrival of v.4 on Android auto routing in Russia broke slightly - for some reason ya.ru (yandex) domains are the ones that are unable to be routed properly, outputting ERR_CONNECITON_CLOSED.
Seems to work fine for other Russian domains I've tried, with IP check services outputting the actual device's IP.
Didn't find anything relevant in the core and app logs, hence not attached.
Hopefully that can be sorted.
