Project Overview

Gameland is a multi-agent Web3 development platform that leverages AI-driven agent collaboration and automation to simplify and accelerate Web3 game and application development. Gameland plans to integrate ORA’s opAgent and RMS, utilizing ORA’s infrastructure to enable decentralized AI inference, smart contract automation, and game asset management, ensuring seamless AI integration into the Web3 ecosystem.

1. ORA Product Integration Plan

1.1 Current ORA Product Integration

Gameland will integrate the following ORA products to enhance its AI agent capabilities in the Web3 ecosystem:
• opAgent (AI Execution Agents): Enables AI agents to autonomously execute on-chain tasks, such as smart contract deployment, data interactions, and governance.
• RMS (Resource Management System): Manages AI-generated Web3 game assets (NFTs, logic modules, etc.), ensuring transparency and verifiability of on-chain AI processes.

Gameland’s AI agents will rely directly on ORA’s infrastructure to ensure AI execution, data management, and smart contract automation align with decentralized standards.

1.2 ORA Dependency

As a Web3 game development platform, Gameland’s core functionalities will be deeply dependent on ORA’s infrastructure:
• Automated Smart Contract Deployment: Gameland’s AI agents will leverage opAgent to generate and deploy smart contracts, optimizing blockchain execution.
• AI-Generated Asset Management: RMS will be used for decentralized storage and retrieval of AI-generated game assets, ensuring transparency and cross-chain accessibility.
• Verifiable AI Execution: ORA’s infrastructure enables transparent and verifiable AI inference, providing trust and credibility in AI-driven game logic and contracts.

2. Technical Roadmap & Milestones

Milestone 1: ORA Infrastructure Integration
• Goal: Establish initial integration of opAgent and RMS within Gameland, enabling AI agents to perform Web3 tasks through ORA.
• Deliverables:
• AI agents can execute on-chain tasks (contract deployment, governance) via opAgent.
• AI-generated game assets are managed through RMS for storage, retrieval, and validation.

Milestone 2: Smart Contract & AI Execution Optimization
• Goal: Enhance AI agents’ execution capabilities within the ORA ecosystem, optimizing Web3 game contract creation and execution.
• Deliverables:
• AI-driven smart contract optimization to improve execution speed and gas efficiency.
• Developers can leverage Gameland agents to automate Web3 contract management.

Milestone 3: Developer Tools & Documentation
• Goal: Provide comprehensive ORA integration documentation and developer tools to accelerate adoption.
• Deliverables:
• Publish Gameland x ORA development documentation, guiding users on AI-driven Web3 development.
• Launch API endpoints enabling developers to integrate Gameland’s ORA-powered AI functionalities.

Milestone 4: Community Outreach & Developer Adoption
• Goal: Promote Gameland’s ORA-powered AI capabilities within the Web3 developer ecosystem.
• Deliverables:
• Launch developer incentive programs to encourage AI agent adoption in game development.
• Provide technical support and training to onboard developers.
• Organize community engagement activities, including Twitter discussions and Discord AMAs, to boost awareness of ORA’s role in Web3 gaming.

3. Key KPIs
• Successful integration of ORA’s opAgent and RMS, enabling AI-driven Web3 execution.
• At least 10+ Web3 developers utilizing ORA-integrated AI agents for game development.
• Launch of Gameland + ORA API endpoints for developer adoption.
• Completion of 5+ social and community campaigns promoting ORA-powered AI development.

4. Ecosystem Value & Long-Term Collaboration

Through this ORA grant, Gameland aims to:
• Become the first AI multi-agent Web3 development platform in the ORA ecosystem, driving AI-powered Web3 innovation.
• Provide real-world use cases for ORA’s decentralized AI infrastructure, helping ORA refine its AI inference and execution models.
• Expand AI agent functionalities beyond gaming, including on-chain data analytics and smart NFT generation, further strengthening ORA’s ecosystem integration.

5. Conclusion

Gameland, through AI agents + ORA infrastructure, is pioneering intelligent automation in Web3 game development. This grant will enable technical integration, AI execution optimization, and developer adoption, creating tangible value within the ORA ecosystem. We look forward to deep collaboration with ORA, driving AI-powered Web3 applications forward.
