Describe the bug

Firewall rules for OSPF and BGP are not automatically created (unlike OSPFv3) when the Firewall Rules checkbox is enabled under Routing.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
0. Ensure that OSPF and/or BGP are enabled.

1. Go to 'Routing'
2. Enable 'Firewall Rules' under routing.
3. Apply.
4. Go to Firewall > Rules [new]
5. Go to Inspect.
6. See that automatically generated rules for OSPF and BGP are not inserted, under automatically generated rules.

Expected behavior
6. See that automatically generated rules for OSPF and BGP are inserted.

It's in the pipeline to look at this but the priority is lower since you can simply create your own manual rules.
