The macsec test currently specifies a TESTBED_DUT_DUT_4LINKS testbed in its metadata file. The test only uses a single port on each DUT. We should explore the option of supporting TESTBED_DUT_DUT_2LINKS so that metadata more closely represents the testbed topology.
