Please describe the new behavior that that will improve Egeria

Reference Data OMVS provides the REST API services to allow an external data pipeline (such as one build for Apache Airflow) to capture, maintain and distribute reference data to code tables and mapping tables.

It calls the Digital Architecture OMAS in the metadata access server.
It is called by the pyegeria reference_data_omvs_client.
