BUG: YouTube broken text extraction on some videos

In normal case the extracted text must contain the description from the bottom of the video + transcribed speech with time codes.

This video gives no bottom description plus one piece bulk of transcribed speech with the first time code.

2. Press the clipper browser extension icon
3. Wait for a handle
4. Check the field with the extracted text
