A guide on how to upgrade typst-lsp in nvim (only for beginners)

This is a bit off-topic, but I guess it may help others.

You can refer to mason.nvim for more information.

1. Open nvim.
2. :Mason, and a GUI will pop up.
3. Use j/k to navigate to typst-lsp.
4. Press u to upgrade.

(I am new to mason.nvim. Today typst-lsp reports a syntax error in nvim, but typst compile and typst-lsp in VS Code works fine. Finally I realize that the problem is not related to typst.vim or mason-lspconfig.nvim, and upgrading typst-lsp fixes everything.)
