Is node.org.cn a supported/authorized mirror site?

There is a https://node.org.cn which looks quite similar to the official site https://nodejs.org/zh-cn. However I cannot find a related announce from Node.js.

I'd like to know about its status and whether it's safe to get information or download data from it.

Looking at the URL, I can tell it's not: the project is called Node.js, not Node.org. /cc @nodejs/marketing @nodejs/openjs
