New helper(s) in lib/nanopm.sh emitting the advisory review-lens prompts — appetite/scope realism, success-criteria measurability, persona-fit, dependency/feasibility — each carrying the untrusted-input guard and the strict 3-line output contract: LENS: <name> / VERDICT: PASS|CONCERN / NOTE: <one-sentence sharpest objection>. Keep the existing falsifiability reviewer prompt as-is.
Acceptance: helper prints each lens prompt; a dry-run lens returns exactly the 3-line contract; bash test/skill-syntax.sh passes.
