Review minimum required fields for all card types

Required/optional fields are not well documented for our cards. This has led to inconsistencies with implementing card blocks in various CMSes. Explorer-1 should provide guidance on this. Explorer-1 should also provide guidance on layout when listing multiples of each card together (grid, list, carousel, etc)
