Describe the issue

The flow CLEANUP HELPER - Power Apps User Shared With for January upgrade is not running as the run only permissions are incorrect. Office 365 groups and HTTP with Microsoft Entra ID ( Preauthorized) are both set to "Provided by run-only user" where as in previous version it has used "Use this connecton ()"

Expected Behavior

Should be running via "Use this connecton ()"

the flow CLEANUP - Admin | Sync Template v3 (App Shared With) requires it to run

Apologies for the delayed response.

Thank you for reporting this. The issue is caused by an incorrect configuration , where the helper flow was packaged with the wrong run‑only permissions. As a result, the CLEANUP flow fails when attempting to call the helper flow.
As a temporary workaround, please open the flow CLEANUP HELPER – Power Apps User Shared With and update the two connectors (Office 365 Groups and HTTP with Microsoft Entra ID) to “Use this connection” instead of “Provided by run‑only user”. After saving the flow, turn it back on. This will allow the CLEANUP – Admin | Sync Template v3 flow to run successfully.

This is a packaging issue in the current solution version, and a permanent fix will be included in an upcoming CoE Starter Kit release. Your manual update will unblock the flow for now, and the corrected configuration will be applied automatically in a future upgrade.
