I saw this event stating that it's been announced that CoE Starter Kit is being retired.

My understanding from the December Office Hours session was that development of and support for the CoE Starter Kit would continue for the foreseeable future.

Have I missed an announcement?

Thank you for raising this. We would like to clarify that the CoE Starter Kit is not being retired. The solution is currently in sustenance mode and no major feature development is being undertaken. However, the team continues to actively support the kit by addressing reported bugs and delivering minor enhancements where applicable.
