Hello Team,
We noticed that the SYNC HELPER – Cloud Flows flow failed for a large number of executions, and only in one environment (the Default Environment).

The error is related to a Parse JSON action that requires all props, but some values are null.

Apologies for the delayed response.

We are unable to reproduce this issue in our environment. However, we observed that the connector ID and display name are appearing as blank, which should not be the case.

We kindly request you to open the affected flow and verify which connector is being used. Additionally, please check and confirm the connection reference to ensure it is configured correctly.
