The placeholder animation overflows in the actual Chrome version.

Solved with:

@mixin vue-content-placeholders {
  position: relative;
  overflow: hidden;  /* Other browsers */
  overflow: overlay; /* Chrome */
  &::-webkit-scrollbar {
      width: 0;
      height: 0;
  }
  ...
}
