[Bug]: Overlays, point pin, and basemap become desynced with zoom changes.

Expected Behavior

Note Negative Lat, positive Long
eg -36.306393, 150.028288 - mt dromedary
Seems to be an issue with all basemap layers other than OSM.

• The transmitter pin to stay fixed relative to the basemap when zooming in and out
• The simulation overlays to stay fixed relative to the basemap when zooming in and out

Actual Behavior

There is drift.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to australia SE , set a pin, change map to topo, pick a known point, zoom in and or out.
