Warning Overlapping output chunks

When running the pyramid construction I get the following warnings:
These don't make problems with the output but are a bit annoying.
Is there anything I would need to do on my end to supress them?

I think from time to time but I will reopen, when I find an example.

Yes that is still an issue. I found it again when running the pyramid construction for an RQA tile.
