Thank you for all the work you’ve put into this. I’ve been following your project for about a year now.
With the latest updates, it has become really difficult to get the project running from scratch.
The README contains outdated or simply incorrect commands.
There is no dependency file (requirements.txt / pyproject.toml / environment.yml) and no mention of the required Python version.
The paths to the trained weights have changed (and possibly the versions of the weights themselves).
It took me around 4–5 hours to get it running, and even then I’m not 100% sure I found the most up-to-date and correct weights.
In the end, the only way I managed to get anything working was to use a 2-month-old fork just to test it on my own casual videos.
