Becoming a Repository Maintainer

Good afternoon,

I a very skillful student studying (and in love with!) computer science. I am very experienced with project management and would love to contribute to this repository.

Is there any way to get in contact with the repository owner (@maruohon) and ask to become a maintainer? I would like to help triage and follow-up new issues, categorizing, and prioritizing them for code maintainers/contributors. This repository lacks a lot of project management necessities which I would be more than happy to work on.
